If nothing happens when you press on the keys just press on the game screen with the mouse to activate the window.

Keyboard :

Use the Left and Right Arrows or "A" and "D"  Keys to move left or right.

Touch Screen / Mouse:

Tap the left side of the screen to move left and press the right side of the screen to move right.
